The main objective of the project is to develop carrier class quality, and scalability Ethernet platform enabling “Provider Bridge Transport (PBT)” and Circuit Emulation technology.
□ Outcome of the Project
Both companies have successfully developed the Carrier Ethernet Access Multi Service platforms (G200/G300) enhanced by PBT, Circuit Emulation (SAToP, CESoP, ATM/IMA,), Ethernet OAM (802.1ag, 802.3ah, Y.1731), Clock Synchronization (1588v2, G.8261 Ether Sync, Adaptive/Differential). They are complied to MEF18, 9 and 14 certifications as well.

By integrating Actus’ innovative Network Processor core software solutions and Telrad’s expertise in carrier level hardware development, together with strong sales and marketing capabilities. Both companies have been successfully launched the new product with high tech, cost effectiveness and robustness.

Through this project, both companies have learned the other party’s technology and know-how. Actus has opportunities to be carrier level vendor from Telrad’s long history carrier class know-how & technology. Telrad had imported Actus’ high level Network Processor technology.
□ Repayment of Grant
Actus has accomplished the 1st sales on Sep, 2009 : US$17,100.
It is expected the sales growth and Royalties repayment from 2010.
